PAISR is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for all of its users. This Privacy Policy governs the use of products, services, content, features, technologies or functions offered by PAISR Technologies, Inc. and/or any of its direct and indirect subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “PAISR”) and all related sites, applications and services (collectively referred to herein as “PAISR Services” including, without limitations, when you provide any information in relation to your use of PAISR Services.

By voluntarily providing us with personal and other information, signing up for, accessing, or using PAISR Services, You accept and consent to this Privacy Policy. Thereby, acknowledging and agreeing that such information may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of PAISR and Authorized Third Parties. For the avoidance of all doubt, by accepting and consenting to this Privacy Policy, You expressly consent to PAISR’S collection, use, disclosure and protection of your personal information and hereby direct PAISR to collect, use, disclose and/or protect such data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

1. Overview

PAISR Technologies, Inc. or in short PAISR (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”, “we” or “us” has adopted this Privacy Policy to govern the use of PAISR Services by all users (hereinafter referred to as “you”), which includes, without limitation, individuals who use PAISR Services for personal purpose (the “Consumer”) and those who use PAISR Services in the course of their trade or business (the “Merchants”).

For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy applies to all users, unless otherwise expressly excluded by written agreement. By consenting to, and agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you expressly consent and agree to us processing the data you submit and/or generate in the manner set out herein. PAISR takes its access to such information very seriously and will use it only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, which describes the information we collect and how we use, share and protect that information.

For purposes of this Agreement, “Site” refers to the Company’s websites, which can be accessed at www.paisr.tech, www.pai.sr or any extension, and subdomain containing the reference paisr.tech or pai.sr. “Services” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site. “information” means any confidential and/or personally identifiable information or other information related to users of PAISR Services, including but not limited to Customers and Merchants.

2. Data Collection

We collect “Non-Personal Information”, “Personal Information” and “Business Information”.  Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information includes without limitations, your email address, name, date of birth, physical address, phone number(s), photograph, IP address, account number(s), account types, government-issued identification number(s), credit/debit card details, source of funds, statements, reports and other information that identities your personal identity. Business Information includes without limitations, company information, business addresses, beneficiaries and other information that identifies your business and it’s beneficiaries, which you submit to us through the registration process on the Site.

2.2 Technology generated data

We also automatically collect and may use the following data:

  • Cookies: We use cookies on our website to collect data about your visit and to allow you to navigate from page to page without having to login on each page. We use cookies to recognize you as a customer, customize PAISR services, content and advertising, measure promotional effectiveness, help ensure that your account security is not compromised, mitigate risk and prevent fraud, and to promote trust and safety across all PAISR Services. Cookies also allow us to count visits and see which areas and features of our website are most popular. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any information you submit while on our Site. However, our use of cookies and other technologies may allow us and third parties to collect information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites following your use of PAISR Services.
  • Analytics: When you visit our website, we use third party analysis tools to collect data about your computer and internet connection. That information includes the IP address of your computer and/or internet service provider, when you access our website, the internet address of websites from which you link to our website and from which you came before landing on our website, the browser that you are using, and your navigation and preferences on our website. All of this information is used internally for the purpose of understanding how our website is being used and improving our website. We also use third party analysis tools to collect data about your use of our mobile applications. The information collected identifies the nature and timing of the actions you take within our mobile applications, including installation, registration, uploading, and certain types of navigation. All of this information is used internally for the purpose of understanding how our mobile applications are being used and to facilitate the improvement of said mobile applications.
  • Site Management: We aggregate data that we collect about the use of our website for administration purposes, to protect and improve our website and our systems, to better understand the preferences of our website visitors and optimize the content that we serve, to identify server problems, to compile aggregated statistics about our website usage, and to improve our marketing and research.

2.3 Information you provide us by registering for an account

In addition to the information provided automatically by your browser when you visit the Site, to become a subscriber to the Service you will need to submit personal information such as your name, email address, business name and country. By registering, you are authorizing us to collect, store and use your email address in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2.4 Children Policy

Neither the Site and/or any PAISR Services are directed to anyone under the age of 16. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 16, or allow anyone under the age of 16 to sign up for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian, that information will be deleted from all servers as soon as possible. 3. Use of Data

Personal Information: Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we DO NOT sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. We do share personal information with authorized vendors who are performing services for and on behalf of PAISR. Authorized vendors use your personal data only at our direction and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In general, the personal information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers.

We may share personal information with outside parties if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable legal process or enforceable governmental request; to enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations; address fraud, security or technical concerns; or to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

Non-Personal Information: In general, we use non-personal Information to help us improve our Services and customize the user experience. We also aggregate non-personal information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the Site. This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties at our discretion.

In the event we undergo a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge and consent that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of our assets may continue to process your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. If our information practices change at any time in the future, we will post the policy changes to the Site so that you may opt out of the new information practices. We suggest that you check the Site periodically if you are concerned about how your information is used.

3.2 Personal rights

You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes.  When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional email. Please note we may continue to send you security and administrative emails including, for example, periodic updates to our Policies.

4. Data Protection and Security

PAISR is committed to observing high standards of information security. We implement security measures such as firewalls and data encryption, enforce physical access controls to our buildings and files, and authorize access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities. 

While reasonable measures and procedural safeguards are put in place to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration and destruction, please be advised that we do not accept responsibility for the security of any data transmitted over the internet or information stored, posted or provided directly to a third party’s website, which is governed by that third party’s policies. 4.2 Password protection

Your account is protected by your account password and we urge you to take steps to keep your personal information safe by not disclosing your password  or login credentials, and by logging out of your account after each use. We further protect your information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including encryption, firewalls and secure socket layer technology. However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks. An authorized PAISR representative will never ask you for your password. Therefore, any email or other communication requesting your password or any similar information should be treated as unauthorized and suspicious. In the event that you receive such a communication, please promptly forward it to reports@paisr.tech.

If you do share your password(s) with a third party for any reason, including but not limited to the promise to provide you additional services, the third party will have access to your account and your personal information, and you will generally be considered responsible for any and all actions taken using your password. If you believe that someone else has obtained access to your password, please change it immediately by logging in to your account and changing your profile settings. We also strongly recommend that you contact us at support@paisr.tech in the case your account has been breached.

4.3 Data retention

If you wish to permanently close an account associated with one or more PAISR Services, please submit a request to support@paisr.tech. We may retain information about you in our databases for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide PAISR Services to you. Additionally, our retention and use of your information will be in accordance with applicable law, including our legal obligations, interest in resolving any disputes, and the enforcement of all relevant agreements. It is important to note that the retention period may extend beyond the end of your relationship with us, as required by law or as deemed necessary in our absolute discretion.

5. Data sharing and disclosure

As required by most financial institutions  or financial service providers, PAISR works with third-party service providers that provide important functionality, which facilitate and/or support PAISR Services in any way. We, therefore, disclose user data to such third-party service providers from time to time so that services can be effectively performed.

PAISR may also share your information for the purpose of risk management, fraud prevention, customer service, legal compliance and the provision of our services, particularly in circumstances where:

  • You have consented or otherwise given us permission to share said information;
  • We have aggregated or de-identified the information, so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you;
  • It is required by a third party service providers who we use in delivering our service, including certain advertising, referral, operations, financial services and technology services (such as hosting providers, identity verification, support, payment, and email service providers);
  • It is, or we reasonably believe it to be, required by applicable law or legal process;
  • It becomes necessary in order to protect the rights, property and safety of PAISR, our customers and the general public, including, for example, in connection with court proceedings, or to detect or prevent criminal activity, fraud, material misrepresentation, or to establish our rights or defend against legal claims; and
  • It relates to the sale, merger, transfer, or reorganization of all or part(s) of our business.

6. Other websites and online services.

PAISR Services may incorporate links to other websites, social media platforms or online services, whose privacy policies may differ from those of PAISR.  Please be aware that this Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us through the Site and PAISR Services. Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of a third party website accessed by selecting a link on our Site or via our Services. To the extent that you access or use the Service through or on another website or application, then the privacy policy of that other website or application will apply to your access or use of that site or application. PAISR is not responsible for the practices or procedures of such third parties. We encourage all our users to read the privacy statements of other websites before proceeding to use them.

7. Changes to our Privacy Policy

PAISR reserves the right to change this policy and our Terms of Service at any time.  We will notify you of significant changes to our Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. Significant changes will go into effect 7 days following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately. As of the effective date of the revised privacy policy, you will be considered to have consented to all changes if you continue to use PAISR Services. If, however, you disagree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you may close your account at any time.

8. Accountability

Our Compliance Department is responsible for ensuring that all our day-to-day practices and procedures comply with this Privacy Policy.
